New Lenses!

Finally I got the Adapter to use M42-Lense with my Canon T2i.
I bought some used Lenes, 28mm, 25mm, 50mm, and 135mm.

They are really cool and make great Images and Videos. I´m really looking forward to make some real Test-shoots with them instead of shooting Video on my Balcony...

Locations

In order for my Short Film to have the right feel and look, I need to find some old building with a long doorway and some empty, dirty and ugly rooms.
I thought of shooting it with a Greenscreen but decided to use it only if I have no other option. The last shots will probably contain some Greenscreen shots since I definately won´t find a Location with those sort of specifications :-)
I´ll keep you updated and hope to be able to deliver some shots, titles or infos about the project.

I´m officially entering the DSLR-Filmmaker Armada

Last Weekend I finally got my brandnew Canon EOS 550D, also known as the T2i.
The clips I saw on the internet showed the capabilities and qualities of the camera and helped me a lot with my decision. The look you can achieve with this small Camera is amazing and my creative mind is already making plans for possible movie projects.
I´m planing to make a short film with it as a test shoot, getting used to the focus and the overall way of shooting a movie with DSLR Cameras.
I don´t think it will be very long but I hate to just shoot some flowers or cars outside...
Updates can be seen soon here on my blog, hopefully I find some time after the exams at the end of July.
